History:
PHI: 59 year old HF presents with a 2 week h/o gradual decrease in vision, OS. No diabetes, hypertension. No systemic medications. Patient was last seen by an eye doctor about 8 yrs prior. She was seen by a primary care doctor about 1 year ago. No health problems noted. PE: BVA 20/25 and 20/100 (PHNI). See Fundus photo of OS (uploaded). Ta 18/18 in the morning. BP 120/87.
