History:
The color photo seen here comes from a 29 year old male with a 14 year history of Type I diabetes. Acuity is good, 20/20. The most current Hba1c was 7%. Does this patient require angiography? (This case was presented by Hani Ghani-Birry, OD of SCO. It was part of the SECO Clinical Peer Comparison Series, allowing SECO attendees to compare their clinical judgement to that of their colleagues at SECO.)
