The photo shown here is from a 63yo female with a six-year history of diabetes (Type 2). Her acuity was correctable to 20/20. Her current Hba1c was 6.5%. Does this patient need angiography? (This case was presented by Hani Ghazi-Birry, OD of SCO. It was part of the SECO Clinical Peer Comparison Series, allowing SECO attendees to compare their clinical judgement to that of their colleagues at SECO.)
