Here's another great case from George Meers, OD of Bascom Palmer. This lesion was noted in the eye of an 18 month old infant. This appears to be a nodular mass which extends from the optic nerve into the vitreous, with no apparent vitreous seeding, anterior chamber involvement or associated retinal detachment, the presumptive diagnosis at this time would be... what?
