History:
George Meers, OD of Bascom Palmer submitted this case as part of his excellent computerized self-assessment test that was presented at SECO. He stated that the following lesion was noted during routine eye examination of a 16 year old male. He had no visual complaints, and the ocular examination was otherwise normal.
