A 24 y/o black male presented for a routine eye examination. He stated that his vision wasn't good. He was a poor historian, but did mention that his mother had told him he had 'bad blood' when he was younger. He was on no medication except for an occasional antacid. His history was otherwise unremarkable.
Uncorrected acuity was 20/40 OU, correctable to 20/25- OU with a mild myopic correction.
Pupils were normal.
EOM were normal.
Anterior chamber was normal.
Iris and lens were normal.
IOP was 19 and 21 mmHg.
Retina was as shown in the picture. The other eye was less dramatic, but similar in appearance.
