Answer/DiscussionDespite a negative history, this patient clearly has Presumed Ocular Histoplasmosis, or POHS. These patients typically live, or have lived in the Ohio and/or Mississippi River basins, with possible exposure to fowl. Laser treatment of the leaking areas were performed on this patient shortly after the angiography. The case is still in progress.See you next time... |
