Good luck with this one!! You deserve a big gold star sticker (just like 1st grade) if you get this one without having to read all the hints.

A 25 y/o white male presented with complaints of a red left eye over the past four to five days. He also complained of tender, painful areas just in front of his left ear.

Personal and family medical history was unremarkable.

Vision was normal... 20/25 OU uncorrected.

Biomicroscopy was normal in the right eye, but the left showed the raised, injected presentation shown in the picture.

IOP was normal OU... 12 and 15 OD, OS, respectively.

What is this condition?
