Case #69

A 33 y/o male patient comes into your office complaining of some blurred vision in his left eye for about a month. Upon dilation, you find that the right eye fundus appears normal. You notice a large hemorrhagic lesion with a white exudation off of the inferonasal region of the left disc onto the inferior temporal arcade.

Vision was normal... 20/30 OU uncorrected.

Biomicroscopy was normal, OU.

IOP was normal OU... 18 and 15 OD, OS, respectively.

What is this condition?
