Case #62

A 50 y/o white male presents in your office. He's laid back, man... wearing blue jeans, a loose t-shirt, sandals, and his hair is down around his shoulders. He complains that he's never been able to see road signs as well as he would like, despite having glasses.

Best corrected vision in the right eye was 20/30-, left eye was 20/30+2.

Muscle fields were normal. IOP was normal as well, 16 in the right, 15 in the left.

Take a look at the photo to the left. The macula in the other eye looked identical.
