Case #60

Another fine case from Mark Dunbar, OD down at Bascom Palmer! A 36 y/o woman comes in with complaints of pain, photophobia, and foreign body sensation in the right eye for about five days.

You take a look at her cornea and the lesion pictured here. Her vision is down, her anterior chamber has a slight reaction starting, and she's an unhappy camper.

IOP is normal. Retinas are normal. No pupil problems surface, either.
