This case is one which involved a little 6 y/o black female. Little C.R. presented with a history of this growth forming over the last three weeks and growing in size. There was some pain reported to the patient's mother over the past four days.

Vision was good... no significant birth history or other problems of note over the past 6 years.

All other aspects of the ocular examination were completely normal. In other words... look at it and diagnose it.
