Case #33

Yet another super gonio case from Carl Spear and Nancy Than in Oklahoma. This one's tougher than #31, as I'm sure you'll find as you read the case material and the hints.

A 47 y/o white female presents with complaints of blurry vision in her right eye. She states this has been happening off and on over the past two to three weeks. Her pressures at the time of examination were 25 in the right eye and 19 in the left. Refraction shows best corrected vision of 20/40 in the right eye and 20/25+ in the left.

What is the correct diagnosis? How should this condition be managed?
